Pilates: Back to basics
Why everybody needs this
In this course, we focus on the fundamental principles of Pilates: breathing, centring, control and precision. The basic exercises are built up at a calm pace and instructed precisely. The course is ideal for beginners (or those returning to Pilates), those recovering from injury, or anyone who wants to strengthen their foundation and refine their technique. The exercises are demonstrated and explained verbally. Individual corrections are given. 8 participants max.

Why racket players need this

In this class we focus on swimmers needs: Strengthening the torso, aligning your body and extending the range of motion in your joints. Through Pilates you can discover how dryland practice builds muscle strengths and improves your swimming.
