This class is tailored to support cyclists: We focus on strengthening your core and back to prevent overuse injuries and improve your riding posture. Pilates helps you open tight hips, stabilize your knees, and reduce tension in your shoulders and neck – so you can ride longer, recover faster, and feel stronger both on and off the bike.

60 minutes of constant movement without any breaks between exercises. You will feel energized and calm after the class. Precise instructions and two variants (fundamental and intermediate) are given for most exercises. All you need is zoom access.
